AUG 2 01979 MEMORANDUM FOR:

Task Group 3 Members FROM:

Frank J. Miraglia, Leader Task Group 3

SUBJECT:

PROPOSED OUTLINE FOR TASK GROUP 3 MEMBERS On August 6,1979, I assigned Task Group 3 Members the responsibility for coordinating the various sections of the SIG Report for which we had a lead or support role.

As we have discussed, the SIG Report will have a number of appendices which will contain the technical discussion and analyses to support the f.indings made and conclusions drawn in the nar-rative report.

While it is not clear whether the final SIG Report will contain " stand-alone" appendices or just the necessary technical analysis and data; it is my view that we should plan to prepare a " stand-alone" appendix which can be pared down as needed later. is a proposed outline for this " stand-alone" appendix.

This outline attempts to reflect the tasks outlined in our initial scope of work and the issues in the final SIG Report which we are to address.

Your coments on the proposed outline are requested by c.o.b. August 23, 1979.

The appendix will contain all the references and documentation required to support the sections of the final SIG Report we provide.

In various sec-tions of the outline I have noted where each of the Report Sections should be discussed. contains a schedule for completing the various final SIG Report Sections.

The appendix should be prepared in parallel with these sections.

The appendix should be completed by October 15, 1979. indicates which Task Group 3 Member has been assigned overall respor.sibility for co-ordinating each appendix section.
