TMI-2 EVEllT REPORT BY METROPOLITAN EDIS0N f Karl Seyfrit asked me to determine whether an LER was submitted on the TMI-2 accident by Met Ed in regard to a deposition he was giving to the _ President's Conmission. I had the request researched and it was reported from Region I that they had received an LER. Actually, the licensee did submit a 14 Day Followup Report dated April 11, 1979 (attached) thich was not identified by him as an LER, but which was accepted as an LER in accordance with discussions between NRC and Met Ed. A discussion of subsequent reporting is given in the Met Ed letter report. The agreed-to reporting by Met Ed has been met.
