Cobb THIRD DRAFT OF PLANS FOR NRC RESPONSE TO INCIDENTS I:NOLVING LICENSEES Enclosed are copies of the draft NRC Manual Chapter and Appendix that was sent to Mr. Gossick and Directors of NRC staff offices for review and comment; the first two drafts were not sent to them.
We've asked for comments by July 21, 1975. After receiving comments we expect to
.errange 0 meeting with representatives of cognizant NRC offices to discuss the Chapter.
I would appreciate your comments on the enclosures on or before July 21, 1975.
