H In the eve'it of an emergency, such as a fire, we consider that for most L'

reactors, a minimum of three operators should be available to place the L,

reactor in a safe condition. This is based on the need to have one licensed operator at the controls of the reactor, a senior licensed f

operator to direct activities as needed (control room or elsewhere) r l

and a third operator available to perform activities outside the control room in the event automatic or control room controls.are C
