George Frampton The Gotilla interview (with Nardone) has been set for 9 a.m. on hednesday, Sept.12, at 650 Winters Road, Paramus, N.J. The attorney for Burns & F.oe who is coordinating this is Rich Difedele, phone no. 201/265-2000, ext. 456. I 'am leaving it to you two gentlemen to coordinate this interview.
I expect that there should probably not be more than two pepple from Essex participating, and I would hope not more than three from the SIG, though I leave that to you. There will be a court reporter there. The witness notification state' ment should be given to all witnesses. The deposition need not be under oath. Please plan to explore fully with these witnesses all matters you can think of that we would like to have on the record about which they may be knowledgeable.
