Included herein are internal B&W memos (From Kelly da'ted Nov.1,1977 and Dunn - to Jim Taylor - dated Feb. 9,1978) which express serious concern about the potential for operator action to terminate prematurely the high pressure injection following the initial stage of a LOCA.
Also included are memos on incidents of loss of pressurizer level inii-cation prior to the TMI accident.
