Dear Sir:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, the Uni on of Con-cerned Scientists requests copies of all memoranda, work plans, data, and any other documents produced by the NRC staff group headed by Roger Mattson and directed to formulate an action plan on implementation of the TMI lessons learned and the Kemeny Commission Report with regard to operating nuclear plants.
UCS request that the costs for copying these documents be waived.
