DESCRIPTIONOFOCCURRENCE(ATTACHPAGESIFREQUIRED):
The ECCS was activated and injected water into the R.C.S., due to RC-R2 opening when Vital Bus 2-1V de-energized.

IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION:
Vital Bus 2-lV was re-energized by closing the Alternate Source 480 V A.C. Supply Breaker, thus closing RC-R2, and RCS Pressure Low Channels 2 and 3 for Safety Injection Actuation A & B were bypassed allowing plant recovery.

POSSIBLE LONG TERM ACTION:
Replaced defective Sync Board for 2-lV Inverter. Provide status indication for RC-R2.
