JOINT MOTION TO TERMINATE PROCEEDING l

The Commission's Memorandum and Order of October 16, 1978, and the Order of October 18, 1979, by the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, both issued in this docket, pro-vided that any-person whose interest may be affected may request a hearing pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.714 with respect to either order or both orders.

The Susquehanna Valley Alliance ("SVA") has filed a

" Petition to Intervene and Request for a Hearing," dated November 5, 1979, pursuant to both of the above-described orders.

Answers to the Petition and Request have been filed by Licensees and the NRC Staff.

In a Notice of Special Prehearing Conference on Peti-tion to Intervene and Request for Hearing, issued on November 15, 1979, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board granted SVA's Petition and Request, subject to the prompt filing of a supplement to the Petition pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 2.714(b).
