The Iancaster Branch of the Anerican Association of University Women is concerned about the ramifications of the Three Mile Island accident on the health and safety of our community. We are cpecifically concerned with the discharge of radioactive water into the Susquehanna River.

Our branch has voted to support the City of Lancaster in their lawsuit by unanimously passing the following resolution:

Resolved: That the Lancaster Branch of th3 American Association of University Women go on record as favoring ths lawault instituted by the City of Iancaster against the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to prohibit the dumping of radioactive water into the Susquehanna River by the Metropolitan Edison Company, subsidiary of General Public Utilifies.

I am writing to urge you to xeep informed about the issues involved and to consider our concerns.
