The reacter enarinues to be malutained in hut stundby (Mut'e 3 - O power, average conlant temperature greater than 280o) while the plet araff and the NaC en11te inspectors cocplete their independent reviews and 6 valuations ot th a reactor trip, the subsequenL loss of offsite power und equipment probicas experienced during those events.

The five problemx are:

(1) the initic. ting cause of the reactor trip (2) the muffler fallure un the 343 KV Brenker that resulted in the "J" Bus fault, (3) the failure of the 13.8 KV 3reakers to close when initin11y attempting to restore nf fsite power (4) in-shi*.ity to stnre 3 of the RCP's on the first attempt following restoration of offai te enver and (5) the failure of the CCW2 pump and the SW3 pump to be m:Lc:=a* ica11 y sequancud during the loading of emergency diesel generator 2.
