30r.8 T11KEA.I At 5:41 p.m., local time, nn Novemhe.r 19, 1979, the New Richmond Pnitee dispatcher received a call f rom a male caller who stated:

"There's a bomb in the plant (Zimmer) tha t will go of f lu 5 hours5.787037e-5 days <br />0.00139 hours <br />8.267196e-6 weeks <br />1.9025e-6 months <br /> and 20 minutes (11:20 p.m.)."

The licensee evacuated non-essential persouuel and euuducted a uyutemsLlc search of rhe f a c.i l i ty.

No device van found and no explosion occurred.

The Zi=ner Plant is under construction, approx 1=ately 93% complete. Fuel is being ntnred on site..

The licensee notified the UQ duty of ficer at approximately 7:30 p.m., who in turn notified K111.

The IAT was notified on November 19, 1979.

No press release was issued by the licensee and Rill does not plan to issue one.

The FRT, Cincinnnri Of fice was relephonienlly nott find on November 20, 1979 ne, was the State of Ohio.
