VENDOR INSPECTION OF ROSEMOUNT NUCLEAR INSTRUMENTS, INC.S QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM AND TITLE 10 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS PART 21 PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION
Dear Mr. Chivers:
This letter documents the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs plan to perform an inspection to review implementation of your quality assurance (QA) program in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 50, Appendix B and 10 CFR Part 21.
As discussed on a telephone call on October 24, 2019, the NRC inspection team plans to arrive at your facility on Monday, December 9, 2019, and will conduct an inspection through Friday, December 13, 2019. Subsequent to the inspection, a report will be issued and transmitted to you via letter. The lead inspector for this effort is Mr. Jeffrey Jacobson.
