-a ftr. J. P. O'Reilly, Director 16 August 1976 ine cocrator responded irmdiately by securing all of the coolinq tcwer fans to restore the AT witnin allcwable limits.
However, it tack approximately thirty (30) minutes for the cool air to pass and the AT to rise within the -3 F limit.
Due to the drastic chance in ambient temperatures ar the inability to anticipate hcw fast or how cuch change will accur when such a cold front rnoves through the area. it is felt that this type of occuri cannot be prevented. No further action is dntiCIl1dted.
Very truly yours,
