On 19 Septecher 1974, while parfoming routino curcillcnce rce.uired by ttbla 4~.1-3 (paga 4-9) of the technical sp::cificaticas, it tras found that tha sedia Hydmxida Tank ccntair,cd 17,577 pounds of scdia hydmxida in viciation of Technical Specification 3.3.1.3.b.
