Violation of the Envirorcental Technical Specification 2.2.1.a (page 7) in that the total chlorine coc:ponent renured at the plant r1Y6r discharge exceeded.2 pp on 6 June 1974.

Analpis of the total chlorine cceponent in the plant river discharge 10 minutes after the start of a chierination cycle indicated.215 p;n, at 30 minutes indicated.22 pp. and at 50 minutes ir4tcated.25 pps The chlorine. addition rate hn been reduced frca 250 f/ day to 200 f day.
