Dear Dr. Ross:
The referenced letter transmitted to you five (5) copies of CEN-114-P, Amendment 1 and three (3) copies of CEN-114-NP, Amendment 1 and stated that the remaining copies would be transmitted under separate cover.
This letter transmits those remaining copies. Thirty-five (35) copies of CEN-114-P, Amendment I and seventeen (17) copies of CEN-114-NP, Amendment 1 are enclosed.
Due to the proprietary nature contained in CEN-114-P, we request that it be withheld in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790 and that this material be safeguarded. The reasons for the classification of this material as proprietary are delineated in the affidavit enclosed in the referenced letter.
