Dear Mr. Moore:

A review of our fuel fabrication process indicates that we may exceed the 3.14 enrichment in X5NM844 by the DOE enrichment tolerance.

Accordingly, please increase the enrichment in U235 for XSNM844 from 3.14 to 3.2 w/o maximum.
