TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF VIEWS ON ANTITRUST MATTERS Virginia Electric and Power Company, pursuant to Section 103 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954', as amended', filed on September 1,1978, information requested by the Attorney General for Antitrust Review as required by 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix L.
The information concerns two additional ownership participants, Old Dominion Electric Cooperative and North Carolina Electric Membership Corporation for the North Anna Power Station, Units 1, 2, 3 and 4 located on the south shore of Lake Anna in Louisa County', Virginia.
The information was filed in connection with the Virginia Electric and Power Company'.s applications for construction permits and operating licenses for the North Anna Power Station, Units 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Unit 1 of the station is operating and Units 2', 3 and 4 are under construction.
The information submitted by Virginia Electric and Power Company is the first part of tne application for Amendments to the North Anna Power Station, Unit 1 operating license and construction permits for Units 2, 3 and 4.

. The original " Notice of Application for Construction Permit and Operating License," for the North Anna Power Station, Units 1 and 2 included the antitrust aspects of the application and was published in the Federal Register on December 30~,1970 (35 FR 19805).
The original antitrust portion of the application for Units 3 and 4, " Notice of Receipt of Application for Construction Permit and Facility License; Time for Submission of Views on Antitrust Matters," was published in the Federal Register on October 28,1971 (36 FR 20709).
A copy of the Virginia Electric and Power Company letter, dated September 1,1978 and above stated documents are available for public examir.ation and copying for a fee at the Commission's Public Document Room at 1717 H Street, N.
