Your letter dated April 10, 1980, requested that proposed technical specifications be submitted for Sections 3.0.3 and 3.0.5 for the Joseph M.
Farley Nuclear Plant. Our current technical specifications include a Section 3.0.3, similar to the one in your letter, so this revision is not necessary. Alabama Power Company plans to submit a variation of the requested Technical Specification 3.0.5 in the near future, but due to a rework of the wording in this change, more time is required than allowed in your letter.
A proposed technical specification change on this subject will be submitted by May 30, 1980.
