CHA!!GES TO BAW-10096A, REVISION 3 We have reviewed your letter of February 11, 1980 concerning changes to the Babcock & Wilcox Topical Report BAW-10096A, Revision 3, "B&W NPGD Quality Assurance Program for Nuclear Equipment," April 1977.

We also discussed the letter with you and other B&W personnel at a meeting on April 14,.1980.

Based on our review and the meeting, we find the changes acceptable and agree with your proposal to incorporate them into the next revision of the topical report.

While the description of the B&W corrective action system in the topical report is acceptable, additional details were provided at the meeting concerning field failure reporting.

We request that such details be included in the next revision of the topical report.
