Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.55(e), we are hereby providing two copies of the Final Report of Significant Deficiency No.11, "Switchgear Breaker Position Switch Operator Defect".
All corrective action work for this significant deficiency is now complete and reinspection has been accomplished. If we can be of further assistance in this matter, please advise.
