Bowers, dated December 10, 1979;

Subject:

SNH - 777, Amendment No. 9, Condition 12

Dear Mr. Crow:

A shortage of Red Cross Volunteers as training instructors and a rigid production schedule will pre-vent this facility from achieving the March 1, 1980 deadline stipulated in the referenced letter.

Accord-ingly, we request that the deadline for full compliance with the approved Emergency Plan be extended to May 1, 1980.

We will attempt to complete the training prior to that time.

A payment of $150.00 for the license fee is enclosed.

Sincerely, C.

E.
