The enclosed flRC Form 173, Standard Order for DOE Work, is hereby submitted in accordance with Section III.B.2. of the 00E/flRC Memorandum of Under-standing dated February 24, 1978. The enclosed Statement of Work has been discussed with officials of DOE Headquarters 6nd Lawrence Livermore Laboratory.

This Work Order provides funding in the amount of $200,000 for work on the Atmospheric Release Advisory Capability (ARAC) System.

Please indicate DOE acceptance by signing and returning the enclosed t1RC Form 173 to the f1RC Office of the Controller, Division of Accounting, with a copy to the Office of State Programs, attention: Marie Janinek.
