The referenced letter dealt with the procedure which UNC Recovery Systems is using to satisfy License Condition 7.8 with respect to our waste compaction system.
This letter is to verify that the procedure outlined in your letter is essentially that which is in use to satisfy the intent of the license condi-tion.
The SOP for waste compaction is currently being revised to require this specific mode of operation, and a future revision of the FNMC will incorporate the requirements of License Condition 7.8.
