ASME Code Section XI Requirements Attached you will find 40 copies of R vision Number 4 to our report entitled, "ASME Code Section XI Inservice Inspection and Testing Program and Information Required for NRC Review of Requests for Relief from ASME Code Section XI Requirements." This is a revision of our inservice inspection and testing program description and requests for relief submitted to the Commission on February 1, 1978.
The purpose of this revision is to:

(a) Change the schedule for program updating to be con-sistent with changes to 10CFR Part 50, Section 50.55a, publir~ien in the Federal Register on October 9, 1979.
(b) Correct.2 number of typographical errors in the valve testing tables.
(c) Refine the method used for leakage testing of pressure isolation valves,
