Re: Pacific Gas and Electric Company Stanislaus Nuclear Project, Unit No. 1, NRC Docket No. P-564A
Dear Chairman Miller and Members of the Board:
Enclosed is the original (sent to Chairman Miller) of the " Agreement and Joint Statement of Southern California Edison Company and the Staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission" concerning the Subpoena Duces Tecum issued to Edison in this proceeding. Also enclosed is the original " Stipulation Concerning the Production of Documents by Southern California Edison Com-pany" executed on behalf of Southern California Edison Company, the State of California Department of Water Resources, and the NRC Staff. Edison, DWR, and the NRC Staff jointly request the Board to approve the Stipulation by signing and issuing the proposed Order, which is also enclosed.
Edison, DWR, and the Staff are pleased to have resolved the Edison Subpoena issue without further involvement by the Licensing Board.
