On April 8,1980, Mr. John Doherty, an intervening party, filed a docu-ment which is, in effect, a motion for leave to file out-of-time Contentions 48 and 49.
Within ten days after the service of the Applicant's and the NRC Staff's answers, Mr. Doherty may file replies.
It may be that Mr. Doherty may wish to file a single document replyina to the Applicant's.and the Staff's answers if one or both of those parties oppose the instant motion, and, if that be the case, his reply shall be mailed within ten days of the later of the dates appearing on the certificates of service appended to the Applicant's and Staff's answers.
Mr. Doherty shall immediately notify the Board if he elects not to file either individual replies or a combined reply.
