On January 25, 1980, Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation submitted Proposed Change No. 68, Supplement 2, (Reference (b)) requesting approval to
' revise the subject Vermont Yankee Technical Specifications.
This letter is written to request that Proposed Change No. 68 be withdrawn at this time. Consequently, Vermont Yankee believes that the Commission's request for an additional fee payment, Reference (c), is no longer applicable.
