Dear Mr. Nussbaumer:

In reference to the upgrading of the physical security requirements of the UFSA, it appears that a simple change in location of the fuel storage area will result in significant improvements. We are proposing to mcve our fuel storage area from its present location (a quonset hut) to a room with con-crete block walls, part of the main building.

It physically entails moving the fuel about 50 feet to a better storage area.

It is not clear to us that a License Amendment is required to effect this trans fer.

We will appreciate your advice on the matter.
