Enclosed is a check in the amount of $4,000, per 10 CFR 5170.22, for the application dated February 2, 1980, as filed by John D.
Leonard, Jr., Resident Manager of the James A. FitzPatirck Nuclear Plant, with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
This applica-tion proposed changes in the FitzPatrick Technical Specifications relating to primary containment isolation and was determined to be a Class III amendment to the operating license.
This fee is paid under protest pending a final determination of the legality of the fee schedule.
