NCR SWP 79-S SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-01E Inspector W. T. Cottle on May 29, 1979, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
A final report on this item was transmitted to you in a letter from J. E. Gilleland dated June 22, 1979. Enclosed is supplemental informa-tion on the pressurizer relief line draw bead weld as requested in a meeting with the NkC staff on March 13, 1980.
