This is in response to your letter dated March 24, 1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the
" Critical Items List" mentioned at page III-B-6 of Public Service Indiana's Description of License Activities Addressing Order Confirming Supension of Construction.
In response to your request, the " Critical Items List" in question has not as of this date, been submitted to the NRC by the licensee, Public Service Indiana. Therefore, there are no documents in our possession subject to your request.
