In response to your request for information in Revision 3 to Certificate of Compliance No. 6400, the following is pertinent to Dairyland Power Cooperative, a registered user:

Dairyland Power Cooperative does not own any Model No. 6400 packages.

(2)

Dairyland Power Cooperative has not used any Model No. 6400 packages since February 28, 1978.

(3)

Dairyland Power Cooperative has never had possession of a Model No. 6400 packaga to perform an inspection.
