ORDER RELATIVE TO STATUS OF OREGON ENERGY FACILITY SITING COUNCIL PROCEEDING By Order of March 14, 1980, the Oregon Energy Facility Siting Council stated that it was suspending it's proceeding on Pebble Springs until July 1, 1981.
It also stated that it would then reevaluate the possible continuance of it's proceeding at that time and every six months thereafter.
The Applicant acquiesced to the delay.
The parties in this proceeding are requested to inform this Board if this action affects their position relative to the con-tinuance of the NRC proceeding on site suitability.
