Tta agenda for subject meeting shall be as follows: We inesday, January 9,1980 8:30 a.m. until conclusion of business. W e Subcommittee will meet in closed sessions to hold discussions with representatives of the NRC Staff, and their consultants, regarding q items pertinent to the ACRS review. In addition the Subcommittee will meet in closed Executive Session i, to exchange their preliminary opinions regarding preparation of a draft l report to be submitted to the ACRS. l I have determined, in accordance with Subsection 10(d) of the Federal i Advisory Committee Act (Public Law 92-463), that it is necessary to close these .I 1 sessions to protect information, the premature disclosure of which might signifi-cantly frustrate implementation of proposed action. See 5 U.S.C. 552b(c) (9).
