Enclosed for your review are ten copies of a lead or master document for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant unit 1 special low power test program as requested on page I.G-5 of Supplement No. 1 to the Sequoyah Safety Evaluation Report, NUREG-0011. As revisions are made to the enclosure, change pages by section and page number will be provided as amendments.
This document contains the aafety evaluation and the final test procedures which were sent to you by my letter dated March 27, 1980.
In addition, the document provides the test schedule, SQNP SU-7.1, and the administra-tive procedures, SQA 109.
SQA 109 is the standard practice which estab-lishes the special low power test program and defines the organizational responsibilities, the documentation requirements, and the test restraints.
