I am pleased to respond to your letter of January 31, 1980 which enclosed correspondence from Mr. Michael Dwinell regarding the Maine Yankee Nuclear Facility.
I have enclosed a copy of our March 17,1980 letter to Michael Dwinell which was written in response to his January 16, 1980 letter to the Honorable William Cohen. Michael Dwinell's letter to you is essentially identical to his letter to Senator Cohen.
