The Licensee notified the Pennsylvania State Police Connunications Unit at Troop "H" Headquarters of the March 28, 1979 accident by unans of a telephone call at 0714 hours0.00826 days <br />0.198 hours <br />0.00118 weeks <br />2.71677e-4 months <br /> on March 28, 1979 to Trooper Frederick M. Wentling of the Pennsylvania State Police.

RESPONSE

3. 'Ihe Licensee did not provide the Pennsylvania State Police at Troop "H" Headquarters radiation dose readings from the period March 28, 1979, to April 5, 1979.
5. Did the ComTonwealth take radiation dose readings for the period March 28, 1979, to April 5, 19797
6. If so, (a) State what types of nonitors were used; (b) State the location of each nonitor; (c) Provide copics of readings provided by each nonitor.

RESPONSE

5. & 6. 'Ihe Pennsylvania State Police personnel, Troop "H", Harrisburg, took radiation dose neasurements during the incident by using a nobile Geiger counter C.D.V. 700 Survey Meter in Goldsboro and at the 'IMI Plsnt site. Readings obtained are included in attached reports.
7. Did the Connenwealth compare its radiation readings with those being supplied by the Licensee or by other governmental or private entities?
