SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL ANSWERS OF HOUSTON LIGHTING & POWER COMPANY TO CENTRAL POWER AND LIiHT COMPANY'S SECOND INTERROGA.'ORIES Central Power and Light Company ("CP&L"), wholly-owned subsid-iary of Central and Southwest Corporation ("CSW"), served its Interrogatories to Houston Lighting and Power Company (" Houston")
on February 23, 1979.
Houston filed its Answer on March 28, 1979 and a supplement thereto on February 27, 1980.
Pursuant to_the directive of the Board at the June 21, 1978 Prehearing Conference, Houston hereby supplement = its prior responses.
Interrogatory 27:
27.
(a) Identify each person whom HLP expects to call as an expert witness at the hearing in this case by stating each such person's name, occupation and business address.
(b) State the subject matter on which each person identi-fied in your answer to Interrogatory Numb'er 27 (a) is expected to testify.
(c) State (i) the substance of the facts and opinions to which each person identified in your answer to Interrogatory. Number 27 (a) is expected to testify and,(ii) a summary of the grounds for each such opinion.
