LICENSEE'S OBJECTIONS TO THE THIRD SET OF AAMODT INTERFOGATORIES DATED FEBRUARY 22, 1980 On February 22, 1980, the Aamodt family intervenors filed a third set of interrogatories requiring responses from -
Licensee. These interrogatories all relate to Aamodt Contention No. 11.1. In its Fourth Special Prehearing Conference Order, the Licensing Board reconsidered its initial ruling to Aamodt ,
Contention No. 11.1 and thereafter rejected the contention.
