LICENSEE'S OBJECTIONS TO THE THIRD SET OF AAMODT INTERFOGATORIES DATED FEBRUARY 22, 1980 On February 22, 1980, the Aamodt family intervenors filed a third set of interrogatories requiring responses from Licensee.
These interrogatories all relate to Aamodt Contention No. 11.1.
In its Fourth Special Prehearing Conference Order, the Licensing Board reconsidered its initial ruling to Aamodt Contention No. 11.1 and thereafter rejected the contention.
See Order dated February 29, 1980 at 19-20.
Accordingly, Li-consee objects to answering Interrogatory Nos. 1 through 7'in the Third Set of Aamodt Interrogatories.
