This is in response to your letter dated February 22, 1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the winning proposal for NRC RFP RS-NRR-80-117 entitled, "A Study of Requirements for Operator Licensing."
No contract has been awarded p'ursuant to that RFP and therefore, there are no documents subject to your request.
The NRC Division of Contracts advises that they expect to award that contract in late spring.
You may wish to resubmit your request at that time.
