PROPOSED EXPORT THAT N0 LONGER REQUIRES COMMISSIONER REVIEW Enclosed for your review is an application for an expoc license received recently by NRC. The application is being forwarded to the Executive Branch for review; however, this type of export will not require Commissioner review pursuant to NRC's revised 10 CFR Part 110 regulations.
Unless significant concerr.s are raised by your office, tit is IP's intention to issue the license upon receipt of favorable Executive Heanch views.
If the Executive Branch judgment raises any particular issues erequiring further analysis, we will inform you.
