The application for construction permits and operating licenses for Byron Station Units 1 and 2 and Braidwood Station Units 1 and 2, docketed September 20, 1973 in NRC Docket Nos.

50-454, 50-455, 50-456_and 50-457 are hereby amended by submittal of Amendment No. 25 pursuant to Section 50.34 of 10 CFRL50.

In addition to voluntary text and response revisions, this amendment contains Commonwealth Edison Company responses to a portion of the additional first round questions generated by the NRC Staff in References (a) and (b).

Specifically,'this amendment responds to the Quality Assurance Branch questions (Series 421.0) of Reference (a) and those Quality _ Assurance Branch (Conduct of Operations) questions.(Series 4.22.0) of Reference (b) which were not answered la Amendment No. 22 submitted on September 17, 1979.
