Dear Bill:
In response to your request of March 5,1980, I am enclosing the documents which you requested.
In addition, there are a few items of correspondence of recent date and other documents that I have included as well, in light
>f the Board's Order of March 13, 1980.
I also have your representation that you (and any other person representing HL&P) have signed the Gulf-States Protective Order which is applicable to some of the documents you requested.
Please furnish me a signed copy of that Protective Order as soon as possible for all persons who might be inspecting any GSU documents.
As for the remainder of the response to the Board's Order, I believe that the most efficient way to proceed is for Houston Lighting & Power Company to go to Transcomm's offices.
There are copying facilities there, which can be used by you at Transcomm's copying rates.
I understand that Trans-comm is not in a position to let you remove any documents from their offices.
As we discussed, and agreed today, we are in the process of arranging this i
production,'and will call you next week to determine a date certain.
To confirm another matter I mentioned to you over the telephone today, we do not have documents appearing as Numbers 5 and 6 on page one of your i
