This responds to your letter of February 12 transmitting a copy of your inspection report of bbnsanto Research Corporation's Dayton, Ohio, lahoratory, dated Novcmber 28, 1979. Enclosed also was correspondence with bbnsanto regarding their shipent of radioactive nuterials.
The infornution with a copy of this letter is being forwarded to Mr. W. A. Crowder, Jr., Director, Regional bbtor Carrier Safety Office, 6301 Rockhill Road, Box 19715, Kansas City, Missouri 64141, for handling as he deems proper. Mr. Crowder is respnsible for administration of the Hazardous Materials Regulations over the region in which bbnsanto is domiciled.
