I am enclosing Consumers Power Company's responses to Interrogatories 9-16 through 9-21, together with the documents indicated to be enclosed.
The remainder of our responses to your interrogatories will be forthcoming as soon as possible.
I also will be contacting you shortly to finalize our discussions on Interrogatories 9-1 through 9-15.
In your interrogatories, you requested that we answer each question in four parts, the third of which was:
