EBASCO COMMENTARY ON PNPP UNIT 1.COLCAN0 LOGICAL REVIEW BY CHRISTOPHER NEWHALL At the request of IP, we are forwarding herewith Ebasco's analysis of thp review of the volcanological aspects of the Philippine reactor site prepared by Christopher Newhall.
