In response to NRC's Request for Information, Reference (2), the following is submitted:
A.
Loss of off-site power events at Vermont Yankee where less than all off-site power sources were Icst is cabulated in the attached table.
B.
Vermont Yankee has not experienced an event which caused the concurrent loss of all off-site power sources.
C.
There are no other loss of off-site power events other than those events noted in item (A) above.
We trust that the above supplied information adequately addresses the re-quests contained in Reference (2); however, should you desire any addi-tional information, do not hesitate to call.
