His is in response to your letter and Order of January 23,1980 which imposed civil nonetary penalties for non-co pliances associated with the March 28,1979 accident at Three Mile Island Unit 2.
We are providing here-with a check in the amount of One Hundred and Fifty-Five nousand Dollars
($ 155,000. 00) as paynent for fines icposed.
Your January 23, 1980 letter rcquested additional inforcation on our plans or practices in a nucher of areas.
Preliminary arrangements have been made with the Office of Inspection and Enforcement, Region I, to neet and discuss the details of these catters on F' arch 6,1980.
Additionally, details associated with our responses of December S,1979 will be provided.
Following that cceting, a supplesental response will be provided for corrective action and schedules for those itens not cocpleted.
